Refund & Return policy

1. Return Window: 14 days from the date of delivery.
2. Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and undamaged, with no tears or stains.
3. Tags & Packaging: All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
4. Non-Returnable: Customized, made-to-order, or clearance items.

5. Process:

Contact customer support with your Order ID and reason for return.
Our team will verify and issue a return shipping label.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days. (Banking or Card Service Companies processing timeframe may vary from bank to bank)

6. Return Shipping:

Free for defective or incorrect items.
For all other reasons (size, preference, etc.), the return label cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
